beYOGA is more than a yoga studio—it’s a space for mindfulness, transformation, and inner connection. Our practice is rooted in meditation and self-awareness, offering you an opportunity to dissolve the noise of daily life and cultivate presence, breath by breath.

Located on the second floor above guest reception at The Summit at Danbury, our infrared-heated studio is designed with your well-being in mind. We provide both in-person and live-streamed classes, ensuring you can nurture your practice wherever you are.

A Space Designed for Your Comfort & Safety

Our 1,500-square-foot practice space is intentionally spacious, allowing for both personal expansion and a sense of community. We integrate state-of-the-art mechanical and technology systems to create an optimal environment for your practice:

  • Bipolar ionizer air purification, neutralizing airborne pathogens

  • Steam floor cleaning, eliminating 99.9% of floor bacteria

  • Infrared heating, promoting muscle relaxation and detoxification

We offer a variety of styles to support your journey:
